Sound Kit

The Sound Kit costs €120 per rental day. It includes two speakers, one wireless microphone and connection cables. It is recommended for indoor events with up to 50 people. Transport and installation are not included.

Projection Kit

The Projection Kit costs €90 per rental day. It includes a 3,000-lumen projector, a 100-inch screen and an HDMI cable. It is intended for indoor presentations with controlled lighting. A computer, transport and installation are not included.

Event Pack

The Event Pack costs €180 per rental day. It combines the Sound Kit and the Projection Kit. It is recommended for indoor events with up to 50 people. Transport and installation are booked separately. Recommending equipment requires the number of attendees, the venue type and whether sound, projection or both are needed.

Transport and installation

Delivery and collection cost €25 in total within a 20 km radius of the demonstration warehouse. Installation costs €40 per service. Equipment can also be collected from the warehouse without a transport charge. Prices outside that radius and an actual warehouse address are not documented.

Booking and availability

Booking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A booking is only confirmed after a person checks availability and a 30% deposit is paid. The balance is due before collecting the equipment. The catalogue does not contain live availability. This demo does not make bookings or take payments.

Catalogue terms and limits

The demonstration catalogue prices include VAT and cover one rental day. Equipment is returned the next day before 12:00. Free cancellation is available until 7 days before the event; shorter notice requires human review and no fixed penalty is documented. There is no information about insurance, water resistance, use in rain, discounts or equipment for more than 50 people.

A defined source of knowledge

The assistant consults six sample documents. It has no web search, private business data or live inventory access.

Sources you can inspect

Answers include source excerpts. The system checks that quotations exist in the supplied documents. A model can still make mistakes: compare its answer with the originals.

Questions before actions

An ambiguous request should prompt a clarification. Missing facts require human review. The demo cannot confirm a booking, take payment or send messages.

How this demonstration is built

A statically rendered Next.js interface sends the question to a Cloudflare Worker. The Worker selects relevant catalogue documents, calls Llama 3.3 through Workers AI, and checks the response format and source quotations before returning the result. Request size, output length and request rates are bounded. If inference fails or the free quota is exhausted, an availability message is shown.
