Visiting the website
The hosting provider can process technical connection data, including IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
The site does not include advertising pixels, audience analytics, a CRM or embedded third-party videos. The automation workflow demo uses fictional data in your browser and does not send enquiries to external tools. The separate document AI assistant processes questions as described below.
Document AI assistant
If you choose to use the document assistant, your question and up to two previous questions are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI together with a fictional public catalogue to generate an answer. Do not include personal or confidential information. The assistant cannot make bookings, take payments or send messages.
The conversation is kept in the current page memory and is cleared when you start again or reload it. We do not save questions or answers in an application database or application logs. Cloudflare processes the requests under its service terms; its technical security and service metrics can include connection data. An IP-based request limit helps prevent abuse, without adding the address to model prompts.
This optional demonstration supports our legitimate interest in showing how the service works. You can browse all sample documents without submitting a question. Cloudflare states that it does not use Workers AI customer content to train models without explicit consent.
Contact by email
The email link opens your email application. It does not send a form submission from this website. Only send information needed to explain your enquiry; avoid sensitive personal information and credentials.
If you email us, your address, name if provided, message and any attachments are handled to answer the enquiry and discuss next steps. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages to the designated Gmail mailbox. The website form is currently disabled.
Purposes and legal bases
Project enquiries are handled to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other professional correspondence and proportionate website security rely on legitimate interests in answering communications and keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object where applicable using the contact address below.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not make automated decisions about you or create profiles for advertising.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while needed to answer and manage the enquiry. If a contractual relationship begins, applicable contractual and legal retention obligations also apply. Information that is no longer necessary is deleted, except where restricted retention is required to meet legal obligations or address claims.

Cloudflare provides website hosting and incoming email routing. Google provides the destination email mailbox. These services process the technical information or correspondence needed to provide their functions. Their infrastructure can involve processing outside the European Economic Area.
